Max players won't increase after buying MH20

I bought the MH20 plan and restarted my server but whenever i try to adjust the max player count with the slider and click save, it resets back to 10.

Make sure you Force Hibernation'd the server once you bought the plan. Then go to server appearence and slide the slider to the new amount of players, then save, then restart the server.

still wont even let me change the amount at all.

Are you sure you bought it for the right server and are trying to change the player slots on the right server?

yes everything else in the plan works but when i try to increase players, the bar resets back to 10 after clicking save.
