Players cant start from minehut lobby?

Hello! 

I might be uneducated and had just heard about the wrong things, but when the players on my survival server try to join, I remember it used to start up when typing /join <name> but it no longer does this and doesnt start up at all, is this something they removed or is my server glitched

Is there any error message when they try and use this command? Minehut was down for a short period of time, this is probably why your server could not be started.
