Teleport and perms

Hello im fairly new to the whole mine hut thing i want to know how to be able to tp my friends to me im the owner and when i download the teleport plugin it doesnt work can anyone help also do i need a chat manager to give me perms??

There are already built in commands that give you the permission to teleport players but firstly you'll need to make sure you have access to the server's console. You can use the command prompt on console to give your self operator permissions using /op <player>. Then you can return to the game and use vanilla teleport commands. The console is also the spot where you can install and uninstall plugins. Usually i'll install the plugin I'm interested in and then simply look up a tutorial on how to use it if I'm not familiar with it. Hopefully this will give you a place to start.
