Can't Download World File

I understand how to use the command using /dl world (world name)

just when I do it, it gives me an error saying "Failed to upload file"

The only thing I need my world file is for resetting a person's .dat file, because it became corrupted and they have like god speed. Anyone know how to fix the error?
