Minehut server is extremely laggy and kicks me out. Don't know what to do

Hi all. Hoping someone can help me. When ever I try to run my minehut server recently its been extremely laggy. Then after a few minutes I am kicked with the error message "The server you were previously on went down" and it puts me back in the lobby. Im still able to rejoin after that but then after a few minutes it kicks me out again. Any idea whats wrong?
