I am the co owner of a minehut server. The owner, @ECMB_Gaming, gave me the credentials to the server's control panel. I was able to log in right away. The next day or two I try to go back into the control panel but I was logged out. I tried to log back in with the same email and password, but kept getting the following answer:
I find it strange because I know I typed everything right (I check the password with the reveal pass thingy thats provided). We have both contacted support and it has not helped us. The owner has reset the password as told by support, but I keep getting this error
