Help with using multiple permission for a single command.

I'm trying to setup multiple permissions at once. I've tried adding a comma, and even a couple a "or" statement (and "and" statement). Nothing seems to work.

command /fly:
	permission: vip.fly (Here's my issue)
	trigger:
		#code

[ThatOneSponk]

Heya, not exactly sure if you can exactly use two permissions like that. But, there is an alternative.

command /fly [<text>]:
    trigger:
        if player doesn't have permission "vip.fly", "*" or "staff.*":
            send "&cYou can't use this command!"
            stop
        if player's flight state = true:
            #etc.,
