Custom Map Uploaded but Resource Pack Doesn't Work

Hi so I uploaded a custom parkour map to my minehut server and everything seemed to work except for the resource pack. There was a command block to check the resource pack and the block that was supposed to be dirt was something else. Is there any reason the resource pack may not be able to work in the server? All help is appreciated!

You can go to https://minepack.net/ and upload your resource pack file. From there, it will give you a link. Copy and paste that link into the resource pack tab on your dashboard and you should be good to go. Just restart your server and the resource pack will be installed.

I dont have a resource pack tab on my dashboard i only have appearance, settings, plugins, file manager, world, and danger zone.

Under the Settings tab near the bottom you'll see an option for a resource pack.

Also i downloaded the resource pack and it works perfectly (thank you Minehut the person) for me, but my friend who joined the server doesnt have it does she need to do anything differently or should it have downloaded?
