How to turn off TNT? (1.14.3)

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to disable TNT explosions in 1.14.3?

There is no gamerule for TNT explosions, only for mob griefing. I tried to use /kill @e[type=tnt] in both chat and in a repeating command block that is always active, mind you I'm no good at command blocks or redstone so if I made a mistake please let me know, and I've scoured the internet to find nothing.

Any thoughts?

Hey supahsassy, as I just posted on your other post, try installing the world guard plugin, and doing "/region flag __global__ tnt <allow|deny>"

I downloaded both the world guard plugin and world edit plugin (seeing as it was necessary in tutorial) and it still did not work. Will I manually have to select a region? Or is this just not working the way it's supposed to?

Okay! I figured out what I did wrong.

I forgot to deop myself when testing the TNT.
