sends me to fallback server every time i want to log on to my server

Have you waited until the server starts fully? Up to a couple minutes after the dashboard says "online," the server could potentially still be starting.

If you are, then try shutting the server down entirely and starting it up again, or check the logs to see what caused you to disconnect. You can find the logs in the Logs folder of the File Manager.

i obviously restarted the server and waited for it to turn back on that was a useless thing to say, but thank you drayker for the fix

uninstall nametag edit and nbt editor that probably helps or someone droped a crash item in that case u gotta /minecraft:kill @e[type=item] from the console
