Timer For Fly???

so i have a pvp server it does well and i want to add flying but its too op so i want to add a timer for when someone does /fly now im not the best with skript but it could be like this

oncommand /fly <username>

wait 5s

/fly <userName>

so that way it disables fly

also is there a way so theres a cool down like 20s?

Also, are you looking for a skript where it allows the player to fly for 5 seconds on a 20 second cooldown?
