Citizens NPC's only talk to OPed players.

I have the Citizens Plugin on my server and they only talk to oped players and I need them to be able to talk to all players. I've looked at other forums and have read about adding the citizens.npc.talk permission, but I do not know how to do that.  Someone please help me!

If you wish to add permissions, I'd highly recommend LuckPerms, it's really simple so to add a permission to the default group all you need to do is: /lp group default permission set citizens.npc.talk true
