Scheylon
Hey everyone, I just opened a server to play with my cousin. I wanted something literally like the "solo" mode, but online: so I chose "survival". However, I feel like there's something wrong with the difficulty levels. At first, I set "Normal", and I quickly had to switch back to "easy" because there was like 5 zombie and 3 creepers in front of our hose. But now, even on "easy" it's definitely different from the "solo survival mode", there's still too many mobs. I even found a skeleton in the underground space (where we are mining), without any cave open on it. What should I do to get a normal solo like mode server ? Thanks! Santio71
When Minecraft tries to find a place to spawn mobs, it does it near a player, and in any dark space. You are able to change this in "bukkit.yml" in the File Manager by changing these values lower: spawn-limits: monsters: xx animals: xx Santio71 -> Developer Development Lead for Minehut Events Team First Joined: Jan. 24, 2016 [VIP]: ~2019 Joined CET: July 22, 2019 (About 1.75 years ago) [PRO]: May 6, 2020 Rejoined CET: June 15, 2020 Moderator: December 19, 2022
