Plugins not working?/Showing up

Hi unsure whats happening but a few hours ago my plugins were working fine and now I cant use /setwarp or /plugins, its not registering?
Im Op on my server and went into my permissions X/Skript to make sure I hadnt accidentally messed up my permissions and its all fine.
I couldnt do /region or access worldguard before and now its working but my warps arent??
Anyone know whats happening?
