Non ops can't use GUIshop

I am trying to set up a Towny server for months, but I keep encountering problems with shops. I installed the GUIshop plugin in hopes that everything goes well, but it seems that non ops can't use the commands /shop and /sell. Can anyone help me fix this?

P.S: Be aware that I am a total rookie when it comes to coding, so, if you wish to help me, be as simple as possible.

Try giving players the "guishop.use" and "guishop.sell" permissions.

Use gives them permission to do /shop, and sell allows them to open the sell inventory gui.
