Prefixes with luckperms

I am trying to set up ranks in my minehut server. I have made a group and I am in the group with my other friends, I have set the dsplay name as OWNER and added the prefix of OWNER. The prefix isnt showing up even though I am in the group. Anyone know a solution?

Do you have another permission manager plugin such as PEX or GroupManager installed? If so, remove them, and retry. 

Also, make sure you have Vault installed. LuckPerms itself cannot format chat, whereas Vault can. If you don't have Vault, I believe the prefixes won't show, so that may be your problem.
