My server kicks me out

So i am the owner of a survival server that me and my friends play on but lately we have a bit of a problem. When i start my server i can go on the server but after like 10 seconds i get kicked out and i get an error message that sais "the server you were previously on went down you were connected to a fallback server" when i try to join back the same thing happens until it shutdown. I tried to repair the files but that did nothing, and i deleted all my plugins but even without one plugin the same problem appears. Me and my friends have done days on research about the same problem happening to someone else but couldnt find anything that works for us. i hope someone can help me because my friends are getting pretty mad at me because i am not fixing it. thank you.

If you're able to log on to your server, within the 10 seconds before you get kicked, run /dl logs and open the link sent to you. These are logs of your console and they may explain the cause. If you need help reading your logs then feel free to reply to this thread with a paste of them
