Server Griefer

Somebody got into our server last night and stole LITERALLY everything valuable, they took all of our crops, torches (for some dumb ass reason), and obviously iron, gold, diamonds. And they stole all our beds, so in general they were being a complete fucking asshole. Is there any way we can report this or get someone punished for this? We made a lot of progress in the server and i'm really mad it all got taken away by a shitbag on a power trip. Server Visibility was obviously set to not visible, and i know 100% it was none of my friends who normally play on the server. I wanna ask if theres any way to see what players have accessed the server, like a history of it? And i know this is farfetched but, I also wanna ask if there's anyway to restore our server to a previous version. I have pressed the save world server before but i'm not quite sure what it does.

Run the command /ban (player) (reason) in-game. Make sure that you are opped when you do this

what kind of evidence do i need? do i just take pictures of all the missing stuff? because the person joined when nobody was on and i dont know any way to get his gamertag or username or anything? is there any way to get that information?

I'm assuming you'd need a video of the offender damaging your server.
