My server keeps on crashing! can someone tell me what to do?

I uploaded my survival world to minehut and me and my friends played on it a lot, but recently my friend did something stupid he set the random tick speed to 9000 or above, and the server crashed i rejoined the server and set the tickspeed back to normal, but now whenever I do /worlds and select my world, the server freezes then crashes. Plz can someone help since this world is very important to us

Try /gamerule randomTickSpeed (amount) (world's name)

Preinstalled im sorry but that command doesnt even exist and doesnt work
