/join "server name" doesn't wake the server

I started a server because it fit exactly what I needed.. After it goes into hibernation mode, no one can get on. It says to type /join fmc01   when they get to the lobby but it never starts and sends the player to the server. I have to get somewhere I can log on to minehut and start it there...

You can view the server status with the website dashboard /join can be potato from time to time.

Go to https://minehut.com and log on to your panel, activate the server there.

They can join by doing /join (server) in the lobby when the server is online. Make sure your whitelist is off (/whitelist off)
