Plugins used to help players doesn't allow players to use

I have downloaded a few warp plugins where players can make their own warps. the problem is that they dont have "permission" to use these commands. I do not wanna OP them to use these commands so anything i could do to help with this??

Ahh, permissions.

You're going to need to install a permissions plugin, such as Luckperms, PermissionsEX or GroupManager.
Permissions are usually {PluginName}.{Permission}
For example, essentials warps permission would be:
essentials.warp
