    Yes i think its just like an advert letting you know its available for a limited time if you wanted to buy. Hopefully someone else can confirm soon but im pretty sure thats all it is and nothing for you to be worried about.

    I dont actually know for sure but to me it looks like it means that particular totem icon is only available for the next 9 days. I really dont think its anything to do with your server. Hopefully someone with a bit more experience of the site will be able to answer soon but i really dont think you need to be worried.
