It was set to 100, don't know why lol! But I changed to zero and it was back to normal. So thank you so much for your help!

I tried that and nothing happened. It was still glitched.

I had been playing on my server with my friend, when a I wanna say about a chunk of my world glitched or something. We were in a cave mining and couldn't place or break any blocks. Not really thinking much of it, I continued playing. Later my sister logged in, but she was trapped in her house. She couldn't break or place any blocks, she couldn't even sleep. I then restarted my server to see if that would help. No one logged on to the server for about an hour so, I went to see if everything had been fixed but it only seemed to make it worse because I was trapped in my house as well and the glitched area seems to have gone from 1 chunk to maybe 2 or 3. I really have no idea what happened and if it’s the server breaking or my minecraft game. What should I do?
