I have a free server, and the world is approx. 1.4gb after compressed. I downloaded it today but then lost the archive so i tried downloading again, but the server jsut crashes when i try to /dl world. What do I do?

So are they more likely to shut down the bedrock support or fix it? Also what does opening a support ticket do?

Is it the whole lobby that is unstable, or the servers themselves?

So I've read that for bedrock players to join a server, they go onto bedrock.minehut.com and do /join servername. My friend seems to have trouble with this though, because it says "Unable to connect to world" when connecting to the bedrock lobby. What is wrong?
