Super light-weight plugin that works flawless with 1.14.4 Adds a few new Crafting Recipes to the crafting table that allows you to make a 3x3 mining pickaxe (Hammer) or 3x3 mining shovel (Excavator) Simply add the normal pickaxe/shovel to the center of the crafting table and add 4 of the same material (Diamond/Gold/Iron/Stone) around the pickaxe/shovel and you will have made yourself a Hammer/Excavator!
