Hey i want betterstructures plugin on my server... and its installed, but on /pl it appears in red and it doesnt work. Why? and how can i solve it

Yes idk why no one still answered this, how to i get the server port for dynmap because when i try, it has 0.0.0.0:3439. What do we put instead of the zeros
