Found a fix. Just switch to spigot.

Why can't extended shulkers interract with things (can't press pressure plates, can't go through nether portals,...). This breaks shulker shell farms. I found this was problem of paper, but it was already resolved. So I guess the problem is old version of paper. So my question is, when will it work? Or was it patched already and I just need to do something so it starts working?
