EDIT: turns out it was a plugin not letting my friends join. the stafftools plugin. out of all plugins.

just kicks other, non-opped people for "server under maintenance".

My Server Will Not Start For Some Reason, I Have Been Trying All Day To Get It Up, The IP Is JLucidMC.minehut.gg

I Have Tried Repairing Core Files, To No Avail. It Just Puts The Server In Hibernation.
