I mean, DC2 is open-source and completely free. I'm fine to share it on a such platform without any changes or special conditions.

I think that original DC still works on latest versions of the game, but with a few bugs. As a developer of DC2, I must say that my plugin is not just a fork, but a rewrite of the original one. Also there's a link to DC2 on the official DC's resource page. DC was discontinued, and its author said that anyone is free to share their own versions of the plugin(so there's two more forks - GDC and VDC).
