I understand your frustration, however, just because there's rollbacks it does not excuse or allow griefing of player servers. Griefing is only permitted with server owner permission, otherwise it falls under a disruption of a player server and their community. You can review our rules here: https://forums.minehut.com/rules/
As for you ban, if you think you were banned falsely you are free to create an appeal. You can submit an appeal here: https://forums.minehut.com/appeal
Thank you

Which plan should I buy in order to get rid of the time limit?
Any of our paid options, including custom plans, will remove the time limit.

Hey there, Minehut does currently support 1.20.2.

Hi! When a plugin fails to download from our Add-Ons page it will continue to fail indefinitely. You can still go to the developer's page and download the plugin directly from them, then upload the files to your server with the File Manager.
Our devs are investigating what is causing this issue but we are unsure how long it will take for them to resolve it.

Minehut disabled 1.20.1, there is no way to get this server version on Minehut. The only way to be on 1.20.1 is if you server was originally on 1.20.1 prior to us disabling it you would still be able to use it.
If your server is on any other version and you want to go to it, that is not possible.

Hey there, Minehut only supports Windows 10/11 and IOS/Android bedrock versions. Therefore, you will not be able to connect via PlayStation.
Thank you

Wait, I'm new to using minehut. I just wanna play with unlimited time with my friend on our server. How do you get the custom plan?
Custom plans are located on the server dashboard not from the server plans list. From the server's settings (dashboard) you will need to scroll a little bit and you'll see a section called "Server Specs" selecting any of those options will remove the daily limit.

Please make sure that you aren't responding to posts that haven't been responded to in over a month. Thanks!

You would have to purchase the "Unlimited Players" custom option to get unlimited players. Choosing any other custom plan option would not enable unlimited players as a "side effect."
Thank you

Download restrictions were put onto free servers, this is not a bug and is intentional. Free servers can only download single files at a time, bulk downloading requires a paid plan.

Not entirely sure what you mean by that, the link that was provided: https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/worldedit is the download for worldedit. Which file you download is completely up to your server's version. If you're on 1.20.1, then you can click where it says "Download Latest File."
Thanks!

If you believe you were falsely muted you can submit a support ticket to appeal your punishment.

Hey there, @Frwf! If you have the server added to your server list you can disable them for the server. Click on the server -> Edit -> Server Resource Packs: Enabled, and change it to Disabled or Prompt (which will ask you every time whether you want the to enable the pack or not).

Hey there, @OneAceAway! I am sorry to hear that you're having trouble running commands in console. In order to run command in console, don't include the slash (/).
For example, to op yourself from console you would need to type: op username
Thank you!

Minehut Volunteer Application - Update
We've made some important updates to our application process!
We are thrilled to announce new changes and enhancements to our volunteer application process! We've listened to your feedback and have implemented essential changes: a new application location, updated questions, and improved communication to keep you informed on the status of your application.
Due to the increased volume of applications and to ensure fairness and streamline our selection process we have decided to restrict applications to a single submission. Please note that any previous submissions through older platforms, such as Google Form or JotForms, will not count towards the one-time submission limit. This regulation only applies to our new application system.
With this update, we've also enhanced our application guidance. For detailed information about the application process, please refer to our application information here and review our FAQ and requirements here.
We appreciate your understanding and enthusiasm for volunteering with us. Best of luck to everyone that applies.
