Yep that's right, obviously, I changed my own gamemode to creative to use them, and changed back to survival after I was done.

Player can't mine or use blocks/items that have been placed by other players. For example they can't use other peoples crafting tables or furnaces, and can't harvest/plant crops that other people have originally placed. They also can't open other peoples chests but sometimes it's fine. There are other players on the server that aren't having these issues, including myself. There are no plugins or mods, and I've checked that everyone is in survival mode. It's version 1.16.3. I've tried restarting, banning/unbanning but nothing seems to work. Please help! Thanks.
