i am not reastarting just disconecting and reconecting

i was trying to make a mob zoo and named 5 or 4 naturally spawned zombies and after relogging due to massive lag they dissapeared and my normal not hostile named mobs didnt despawn any help? oh and it did from yesterday too i tried with summoned mobs and named them after but still despawned
