Since my server has a bit of succes lately and it is economy based I realy can miss x-rayers and hackers how do you guys combat this? any plugin suggestions

unfortuned since I don't see the point of getting a 500 slot server as a starter =/ thank you

Are there any server plans that host your server for 24/7 and for example have 25-50 slots? As a beginner this would be extremely helpful
