I bought the daily server plan earlier on one of my servers, but I've never seen my player count go above 9. I don't know if this is a glitch or if it's normal.

I've been trying to make higher enchant items on my server like a 32k sword, but the command doesn't seem to work. I've tried removing some plugins but still doesn't work. Used both chat command and a command block.
