How can you stop a player from dropping an item they are wearing but only if it has a certain name when they die?

I installed essentials spawn so now players spawn in my hub every time they rejoin but they can't get back to the survival world without being teleported back to spawn when they join. Is it possible to have a command that brings you back to the coordinates were you left off when you teleport back to the survival world?
