You can go into the world and do /dl world.

[World Uploading problem]

Stop the server and delete the current nether world in the configuration. Than upload the custom nether world and name it the original name of the deleted one. Then start the server up.

[Plugins]

It doesnt do anything as it's uninstalled. This happens for everyone. If you want it removed from your plugins folder, you can stop the server and delete the folder then start it back up and it should be gone.

Made one for you. Make sure you have tuske installed the skript addon.

command /warp:
    trigger:
        open virtual chest inventory with size 3 named "Warps"
        make gui slot 0 of player with diamond named "&dName This" to run:
            make console execute command "/warp (warpname) %player%"
