how to make permissions like Admin, Owner, Moderator

 

kindly reply with general permission formats and the command to put on permissions.yml

 

im new so don't know scripting

[PlotSquared is not working]

just installed plugin called plotsquared . already restarted my server but it is not showing that plugin. also it dont have any plugin folder on file manager

 

What to do ?
