I was trying to get xp furnaces and i tried using 0 ticks and shifting sand, but nothing was growing. I just wanna know if 0 Ticks are disabled and if yes how do I re enable them.

Just wondering in the dashboard there's a setting called public visibility, which i believe means that you can only access it through putting the IP into the new server address bar, is that what that means?
