I currently have it on 1.19.2 I think but all my plugins are not on that but the error happened when it was dated the same as the plugins are compatible so I don’t think that’s the issue

Here are a couple of pictures not all of what first comes up when I start the server.

So I originally was trying to join my server awhile ago and it kept sending me back to the lobby. I restarted it, removed plugins, and even updated the version but it still did the same thing. My other really old server worked just fine so I figured someone hacked it really hard. I reset it to a backup from almost a year ago and it was fine until now. At first it kept sending me back to the lobby so I waited a day and the next day I was able to join but NOTHING loaded, today I tried joining again and only a very small fragment of land loads and nobody is joining my server. I tried to join on different devices and accounts and they all do the same exact thing what do I do to fix it I already tried restarting and turning off mob spawning, animal spawning and even command blocks and nothing changed. How do I fix it?
