Could explosion regen be added please?

right, just started out a server on minehut and I'm loving the plugin/dashboard system! very simple and well designed. but amazingly regen (one I use on most of the servers I work on) isn't one of the plugins listed. could that be added please? I would add it myself but the file isn't supported in the add file area. https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/explosionregen.60308/
A very bizzare glitch causing torches to break

Right, Started a new server today and had an odd glitch I have never encountered before. when you place torches they break and disappear shortly after placing. anyone know how to fix this?
