server hibernates after around 10-20 minutes after there have been no players on it. also everything is saved automatically so dont worry

Whenever my friends or myself try to use the /join [servername] command to start up my server, which is free btw if that has any affect on the situation, it gives the "starting up server, will auto connect when online", but once the server claims to be online in my dashboard it gives a "cannot connect to default or fallback server" error message any time we try to connect to it. The only way to fix it is for me to restart the server manually, which defeats the purpose of the /join command. Can anyone please tell me if this is an issue with just my server or if maybe the /join command is currently broken.

So I recently made a free server and it works great in every way, except that it auto hibernates after not having any players for 5 minutes. I saw on multiple forum pages that if anyone does /join (server name) on the Minehut Lobby then my server will start up and then they can join even if I'm not around to do it manually. However, every time a friend or myself tries to use /join, it gives us an error message saying "can't connect to default or fallback". Is this feature not enabled for free servers? Please let me know what I need to do to get this to work.
