Awkward

So I was trying to get a wooden pickaxe that can ONLY break bone blocks but whenever I type in the command it says there is an error. Im not sure why and was wondering if anyone could help. Command: /give @p minecraft:wooden_pickaxe{CanDestroy:["minecraft:bone_block"]} 1 Error message: Error: Unknown item name: minecraft:wooden_pickaxe{CanDestroy:["minecraft:bone_block"]} 1 it also says an error message when I take out the rest of the command ->{CanDestroy:["minecraft:bone_block"]} 1 pls help

The citizensCMD plugin isnt working. I reset both plugins and it did NOTHING. When I do /plugins citizens isnt even there even though it is installed. CitizensCMD is in red. pls help

So I tried making my own custom item in mythicmobs and it wont load for some reason... It seems identical to somebody's file that actually works Here is the file:

This happened to me before Try getting deop and then get opped again. If that doesnt work then try checking if you have another free server slot opened. Then use that and make a new one. Hope this helped

So I tried making custom items for drops and mobs in MythicMobs but every time I try reloading/loading the custom items/check the list of items it says "Items Loaded (0)" and I checked the items script and there is NO difference I can find between mine and a lot of other people's scripts yet theirs work.
