I've been playing on Minehut for about 2 weeks now on my own private server with some of my friends, throughout this time, i have not been able to send a chat message in that world or in the main lobby. I only get a red colored text that says "Cannot send chat message". I can /msg and i can do commands with "/" . I have not seen anyone else have this problem, please help!

Seed in f3 was removed in 1.13, but some say that if u write /seed with cheats on. It says i dont have permission.
