Go to your server on the panel and click 'Feature Server' under appearance.

Minehut blocks access to specific folders/file extensions, what file are you trying to access specifically, if its the skript plugin .jar then you cant edit that.

If you press F3, you can view the light level of each block you're standing on, it has to be above 7 to prevent mob spawning, alternatively you can turn off mob spawning in the settings tab on your Minehut panel.
