Xinipar

I have made a server on Minehut for me and my friends to play but over the past two days no one had been able to access the server i have tried going in game and typing /join {code} and it results in saying the server is offline and on the Minehut website i go to activate the server but it will not start it is also not allowing me to access the console panel or even make changes to my world anyone got any ideas why this is happening?
