Hey, this might mean you were simply teleported to the wrong world. With op (/op (username) in the commands tab), execute the command /worlds and send here what it shows. Also try clicking on the world titled 'world'.

    Hey,
On the panel, uploading worlds have a 50 mb limit. I suggest uploading in game via the /ul command (which has a limit of 500mb).
    This tutorial should help:

  5. Migins's post in Banned for being a bot?? was marked as the answer
    Hey,
People are sometimes banned for 'Bot' when a bot attack is occurring and you are acting like a bot (spamming, etc). Regardless, you should be able to appeal your ban as you are not a bot here.

Hey, you can use the server logs.

Logs are a record of what happened on the server (commands, plugin stuff, errors, etc). Perfect for finding out is someone ran /sudo or if a plugin is broken.

    Hey!
Thanks so much, from a quick google search I found this article. I believe this is an issue with WorldGuard. A solution I found on the internet was to use the command /rg flag <regionname> entity-item-frame-destroy deny and /rg setpriority <regionname> 10000 in a region.
If this doesn't work, make sure to ask again. If you'd like, you can get quicker assistance via our discord here.

    Hello,
I'm so sorry you have all lost your server.
The fact is that Minehut doesn't store backups of servers so they can't roll them back. This unfortunately means that you cannot fix this problem . However, if you have evidence of a user 'compromising' your server, you can report them here.

    Hello,
I'm so sorry, but there isn't any way to roll back your server.
Make sure to check if your world hasn't been renamed for some reason with /worlds (make sure you're op) and clicking on the names.

  10. Migins's post in I can't download my minehut world. It keeps giving me a "Failed to upload file." error. was marked as the answer
    Hey!
I'm really sorry you guys have been having issues.
There have been some major problems with file.io (the external provider used to download and upload files on Minehut). While we wait for the issue to be fixed, there isn't a lot we can do except keep trying.
    Sorry about the trouble,
    Mig

    Bedrock:
If they are playing on Bedrock Edition, they must connect via the ip 'bedrock.minehut.com' and do /join (servername, not case sensitive). For example I could do /join lobby 1.
    Java:
If they are playing on Java Edition, they can either connect directly via '(servername).minehut.gg' or they can connect to 'minehut.com' and do /join (servername, not case sensitive). For example I could do /join lobby 1.

    Best of luck,
    Mig

  14. Migins's post in 24/7 was marked as the answer
    Hi,
No. Your server will shut down when no users are on it. You can, however, purchase the 'MH Ultimate' server plan which does allow this, however this plan is quite expensive and is mainly used for large scale servers.
  15. Migins's post in Setting worlds to the true spawn was marked as the answer
You can set your default world by following this tutorial, this should solve this issue.

  16. Migins's post in how can i keep a minehut server running 24/7 was marked as the answer
At the moment there isn't. However 'server plans' are coming out soon and one of the features of one of the plans is your server is open 24/7. Be mindful that this is something you will have to buy.
