I need help making a script so when you enter a biome (Nether Wastes) you get a potion effect (mining fatigue). Could someone make me a script or have a script please. Really need help!

I added rankgrantplus and vault (required plugin for it to work vault) and it worked for a day then it turned red I dont know why, anyone got a fix? I looked in logs and it said rankgrantplus failed to load

I have tried installing Rankgrant+ many times but none of the commands work when I restart dose anyone have a fix?

I've been trying to add the plugin RankGrant+. I can install the plugin but it doesn't show up in my /plugins list and none of the commands work. Anyone have a fix or solution?
