    I installed ProtocolLib but now it is saying that an internal error occurred while attempting to preform the command.

    I'd like to use the ChangeSkin plugin but it says it won't work when I try to type in the command. I looked back at it and it says it requires ProtocolLib. Do i have to install that to make it work? If I do how do where do I install it at? What should I do?
