iamsif thanks but i tried it did nothing cuz the server isnt up to stop

update: i checked all the files it all reseted for no reason i have a backup but idk if it saves files too or just the world + its not working

so i had a box server with the MH20 server plan it was working fine untill the server plan MH20 ended i tried starting up the server as free plan for now but it says "downloading" then "starting" then "stopping" basicly doesnt start up the server, and when i try to put the backup i had on it just starts the server and stops it, i though it would be a ram problem since free plan has 1GbRam and MH20 has 2GbRam so i thought the server was using more than 1GbRam so i had no choice but to buy credits and to buy Mh20 again to fix it, but it didnt fix it i dont know what to do know i need some help please! it keeps saying "Your server will be shutting down in a moment." in the dashboard
