Forgot to mention I have tried restating my server and my computer and nothing seems to work.

In some places in my server it won't let me break or place blocks, also It wont let me open chest or enchantment tables. It doesn't seem to be my computer because everything works fine when I'm on other servers. I really need to enchant something in my server, but it won't let me use the table or break it. I can't open up the chest I store my lapiz in either. Someone please help.
